The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to good restaurants and the Convention Center. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the well-maintained breakfast area. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved as there were some issues with room service during my stay, and the air conditioning was also noisy at times.

The breakfast on the first two days was exceptional, featuring hot scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Our room was spacious, making it feel like a home away from home.

On the last morning, a large group overwhelmed the breakfast area, leaving the staff scrambling. Despite her efforts, some food ran out quickly, which was disappointing.

This place is a hidden gem if you are looking for a family stay. I mean, the room was large enough for my kids and me, and we had two queen beds which were so comfy we could've just stayed in all day!

I stayed for 3 nights and the front desk crew was super friendly, which made my check-in smooth. The room was comfy with a decent mattress, but those towels felt like they'd seen better days. Breakfast had some good options, tho microwaved sausages aren’t my fave. Fitness center was tiny, but at least the pool area was clean.

Free parking available, which is rare downtown. Had issues with cleanliness in the room, needed better attention.

The jacuzzi room upgrade was delightful, while the AC issues were frustrating.
